C-2 Regional Commercial District Regulations
SECTION 901.
INTENT AND PURPOSE.
The
intent and purpose of this district is to provide essential service needs to
the highway traveler and to accommodate businesses serving a regional market.

(4) Veterinary hospitals
(5) Vehicle repair
(6) Auto and
vehicle sales

(9) Contractors
(10) Commercial Recreation
(11) Drive-in establishments
(12) Planned Unit Developments
(13) Ministorage
(14) Religious, Social and Human Care Institutions
(15) Accessory Uses for 1-14
SECTION 903. USES PERMITTED BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT.
(1) RV Parks (7)
Light Industrial
(2) Outdoor Assembly
(3) Adult Business
(4) Miniature Golf
(5) Race Track
(6) Golf/Driving Range

SECTION
904. DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS.
(1) Lot Area, minimum - None.
(2) Lot Width, minimum - None.
(3) Front Yard, minimum - Thirty-five (35)
feet.
(4) Back Yard,
minimum - Thirty-five (35) feet.
(5) Side Yard, minimum - Fifteen (15) feet
each side. Where a C district abuts an
A-1 or
residential district, the side yard
shall be fifty (50) feet in the C district.
(6) Height, maximum Not
to exceed a total height of thirty-five (35) feet. Accessory structures are limited to a fourteen
(14) feet wall height. Exceptions: see
section 1105(2).
(7) Lot coverage, maximum percent - None.
(8) Accessory Structures
No accessory structure may be erected in any required yard, except as provided
in section 1105(1).

SECTION 905. PARKING REGULATIONS.
Every land use that has
employees working on the site, must have one parking space for each
employee in addition to the
parking required for a use of its type.
